With moulding skills developed continuously since 1926 there are very few companies who can claim NP’s years of experience and technical expertise.

NP Aerospace works closely with all its customers to design and develop the most effective solutions for their needs. With extensive software including ProEngineer for 3D design and ProMechanica for finite element analysis, designs are optimised in the shortest timeframe possible by employing concurrent engineering principles. This includes the use of state of the art rapid prototyping carried out on-site.

With a fully equipped laboratory, including material and component testing facilities, materials and component part performance can be optimised and verified on site.

Working Closely With Industry

NP's compression and injection moulding machines have capabilities ranging from 40 to 1000 tonnes with platen sizes up to 1700mm x 2500mm.

NP Aerospace works closely with it's customers in order to ensure cost-effective moulding designs which display high stength at minimum weight. NP has extensive design, test and ancillary equipment, and the proven expertise to produce the most complex of mouldings. NP also has considerable in-depth experience in the performance characteristics of modern fibre reinforced materials.
